Keep your website, replace the spreadsheet
Why ops software and your public front end do not have to be the same project.
Changing a letting agency’s public website feels existential: SEO, brand photos, enquiry forms, and years of local trust sit on www. Changing how you chase arrears and pay landlords is a different project — and usually the more urgent one.
LetFlow is built ops-first. Run admin, finance, and portals on a subdomain such as app.youragency.co.uk while your existing site keeps doing what it already does. Leads can still arrive by email or form into LetFlow; Rightmove and OnTheMarket can sync to the same property records your staff use day to day.
When you do want a white-label listings site, add it later. Until then, you are not paying for a forced rebuild — you are paying to replace the spreadsheet layer that actually slows the branch down.
